Honda Gets a Leg Up on Mobility: Research center pioneers new devices to aid movement

Honda is known as a manufacturer of cars, motorcycles, power equipment and soon, jet aircraft. But don't be surprised if in the future, the Honda badge is seen on other items that put people in motion, but in slightly different ways that what we are accustomed to seeing. Following the recent Tokyo motor show, Honda gave journalists an early chance to test three devices that few would expect a car company to produce.

Seven seats for new 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport

The new 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport – the car that will replace the British firm’s Freelander small SUV – will feature third-row seating. The Detroit Motor Show will see Chrysler unveil its 2011 300. Whilst benefiting from an extensive exterior refresh, the platform on which it is based remains unchanged, meaning that this 2011 model is little more than a face-lifted variant of the car that joined us in 2004. The exterior of the 300 loses some of its forbearer's sinister styling; its imposing face has been substituted in favor of a softer, more rounded style, intersected only by the muscular wheel arches.
