Mercury/Quicksilver item no. 86047A2. Versatile kit is applicable to many sterndrive models. It's vital for monitoring operating conditions and preserving your engine from potential problems. Be sure of your specific application before ordering. This hard-to-find item, rendered obsolete by manufacturer and by most distributors, is new, in manufacturer's box. It contains two valuable sensors (87-86080 and 38559, about $110 new), the buzzer, the connection wires and hardware, the instructions and dashboard decals, all in excellent unused condition. McLaren Automotive launches bespoke operations division
Tue, 30 Aug 2011McLaren Automotive has today announced the launch of the McLaren Special Operations division, which will be responsible for the delivery of bespoke projects for McLaren sports cars. The division celebrated its launch with an example of the new MP4-12C, finished in Volcano Orange with a number of bespoke carbon upgrades, at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Bespoke designs featuring on the vehicle are diamond cut finish wheels with gloss black inners, MP4-12C branded carbon sill panels, a carbon steering wheel, front wheelarch louvres and carbon fiber engine cover vents, rear deck vent and wiper system cover.

Chrysler developing new supercharged Hemi V8
Mon, 20 May 2013Chrysler Group is developing a supercharged Hemi V8 with power approaching the 640 hp of the SRT Viper's V10. The 6.2-liter engine, code-named Hellcat, is expected to debut on the next-generation Dodge Challenger and perhaps other vehicles, according to sources within Chrysler. The engine's existence was revealed on the Internet site Allpar.com and confirmed by Chrysler insiders.
