New Kuuma Marine Gas Kettle Grill. The Kuuma Marine Kettle Gas Grill is designed for marine use and works with high pressure propane. High pressure gas connection has 1”-20 Throwaway Cylinder Threads. The Kettle grill is equipped a Balanced Port Velocity (BPV) burning system that provides exceptional wind resistance and helps cook food evenly. Lift-and-Clean liner helps reduce flare-ups by making it easier to clean the grill and reduce grease build up. High-grade stainless steel resists rust and corrosion when regularly and properly cleaned. Handle stays cool throughout use and lid latches for added convenience. Compatible with standard Kuuma mounting hardware or Kettle Grill leg base. Mounts not included.

GM transplants Chevrolet Volt technology into the Cadillac ELR hybrid
Wed, 17 Aug 2011One of the headliners of the 2009 Detroit auto show, the Cadillac Converj concept, will become production reality. Cadillac confirmed some details on Wednesday afternoon and said that the coupe will be called the ELR. It will use a T-shaped lithium-ion battery pack, and a generator kicks on to extend range, similar to the Chevrolet Volt.

NHTSA funds development of alcohol-measuring start button
Tue, 27 Sep 2011The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded Takata-TruTouch some $2.25 million to continue to develop its In-Vehicle Alcohol Detection test, the company said. Takata, a safety and technology company, and TruTouch have created a vehicle start button with an integrated infrared sensor that can measure your blood-alcohol content. If the reading exceeds legal limits, the system can disable the starter.
