This offering is for the "DO IT YOURSELF" guys. You get "2" BRACKETS, one left and one right, that are 12 gauge cold rolled steel, laser cut, and welded. They will accept FORD PROBE, 1993 thru 1997 and MAZDA MIATA, 1990 thru 1997 headlight motors. The brackets are painted black and bolts have been epoxied in place. Bolts are grade 8, zinc plated. BMW reveals M3 GT2-based Art Car

Based on the M3 GT2, the 17th Art Car has been designed by Jeff Koons and was unveiled last night at the Centre Pompidou in Paris. BMW might not need such help – the M3 GT2 has already picked up a first place at this year’s Nurburgring 24hrs.

Mon, 17 Feb 2014The Vauxhall ADAM (pictured) gets the new 1.0 litre 3-pot ECOTEC engine At the Frankfurt Motor Show last year, Vauxhall announced they would be offering the Vauxhall Adam with their new 1.0 litre 3-cylinder ECOTEC engine in 2014, and we now know it will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month before going on sale in the spring. The new 1.0 ECOTEC 3-Cylinder engine is Vauxhall’s answer to Ford’s 1.0 litre EcoBoost proliferating across Ford’s range, and if it’s half as good as Ford’s unit it should make the 3-pot Adam a fun and appealing option. Available in two states of tune – 89bhp or 113bhp – with both delivering 122lb/ft of torque and with a new 6-speed manual ‘box that’s 30 per cent lighter, the new engine delivers 30 per cent more torque than Vauxhall’s 1.6 litre petrol but can manage 62mpg and emissions of 99g/km for the 89bhp version.

Compared to its R15 predecessor, the new Audi R18 has gained a roof and the mandatory-for-2011 ‘shark fin’ engine cover, but it’s lost four cylinders – the R18 is powered by a turbocharged V6. It is – like the R10 and R15, the R18 is an oil-burner.
